📜 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, using, or interacting with the x10sr Discord bot (“the Bot”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server immediately.

2. Description of Service

x10sr provides a wide range of features, including but not limited to:

• 💰 Economy system (daily, work, gambling, luck mechanics)
• 🛡️ Moderation tools (kick, ban, timeout, purge, warnings, force‑nickname)
• 🎲 Fun & roleplay commands (8ball, dice, kiss, hug, ship, hack, etc.)
• 🎫 Ticket system with transcripts
• ✅ Verification gate (Unverified / Members roles)
• 🎉 Customizable welcome messages
• 🔧 Utility commands (userinfo, avatar, serverinfo, snipe, etc.)

The Bot may evolve over time; new features may be added and existing ones modified or removed at the owner’s discretion.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages (e.g., economy exploits).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or damage the Bot’s functionality.
• Spam commands or overload the Bot with excessive requests.
• Use the Bot to harass, threaten, or violate Discord’s Terms of Service.
• Impersonate the bot owner or claim ownership of the Bot.

Violations may result in a blacklist from using the Bot (global or server‑wide), and in severe cases, reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

To provide its services, the Bot stores minimal data:

• Economy data – user ID, wallet balance, last daily/work timestamps, luck stack.
• Warnings – user ID, reason, timestamp (per server).
• Tickets – channel IDs, user IDs, transcripts (stored in designated channels).
• AFK status, forced nicknames, uwu/fayder glazes – temporary, server‑scoped.
• Snipe cache – last deleted/edited messages (cleared on bot restart).

No sensitive personal information (passwords, emails, real names) is collected. Data is only used for bot functionality and is never sold or shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your data by contacting the bot owner (via Discord: @angelnfay or the support server).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. The owner makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Bot’s reliability, uptime, or freedom from errors. The Bot may experience downtime due to maintenance, API changes, or unforeseen issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the bot owner (x10sr / Fayder) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. This includes loss of virtual currency, data, server disruptions, or any disputes between users. The owner reserves the right to reset economy balances, revoke items, or modify any user data if abuse or exploits are detected.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Bot for any user or server at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. You may also stop using the Bot at any time by kicking it from your server.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at this page.

9. Contact & Owner Protection

The Bot is owned and operated by Fayder (angelnfay). The owner is not responsible for user-generated content, third‑party links, or any damages resulting from misuse of the Bot. Any attempt to attack, defame, or harass the owner or the Bot’s infrastructure may result in legal action and a permanent ban from all related services.
